Casper is a precious little man. He has so much love to give. He does play with other little dogs and has discovered plush squeaky toys. And sure has fun with them. Due to has past of living in a kennel, he will circle at times but that has slowed way down. He is not kenneled anymore it stresses him out. When he needs to be safe when home alone he is gated into a room that's safe for him. He likes to sleep with his people and if he is playing catch me if you can stand still stretch out your arms towards him and wiggle you fingers he stops right in his tracks to be picked up. He is the perfect little guy for sure we needs lots of love.
