Meet Vernon, a 3-yr old breeder release  Shih Tzu. His expression reminds people of Grumpy Cat. He's fooled everyone. He's a tail wagging, dancing, cuddling, non vocal, happy-go-lucky boy. Friendly with all people and dogs he's met. Crate trained, doing well with leash and potty training. He'd love a small fenced area so he can lay outside on warm sunny days. Vernon could be an only love or have another dog friend or two. His neuter date is Oct 4.We are currently accepting and  reviewing applications.
