Meet Aubrey! Aubrey is a 4 year old purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, breeder release. She came into rescue with excessively matted fur therefore we needed to shave her, however we do expect her coat to fully grow back.
Aubrey is still a little timid about being picked up by humans at first, at this point she is still acclimating to living in a home with human interaction. She loves to go for walks and is doing well with leash training. She is doing excellent with housetraining and crate training as well.  Aubrey is learning about living in a house by following the other resident dogs in her foster home. She appears to enjoy cuddling on the sofa and the companionship of other dogs. We feel that Aubrey should be adopted into a home with another dog to continue building confidence and learn from. A physical, fenced in yard is required at this time. She will not be available for adoption until she has received a clean bill of health from our veterinarian and after recovery from being spayed; which is scheduled for the end of March.
