Betty Lou is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu. She is a breeder release and is learning how to be a dog. Betty will need a family who has patience while she is learning and a quiet home would be best. She must go to a home with another dog as she finds comfort by being near them, as well as watching them to learn. She is crate trained -  As long as she can see the other dog while she's in her crate she's fine. Betty loves to snuggle and every night and morning is spent on the couch with her foster mom. She knows how to do stairs and has just started running which is very funny to watch.  Betty would be OK with older, respectful kids. She would do best with a fenced yard So she can run and play.
