My name is Chanel but my foster family calls me Coco Chanel, I’m your typical 7 month old boxer puppy except for the fact that I’m deaf. I don’t know I’m deaf and when I’m with my foster sister you wouldn’t know I was deaf either. I do everything that she does because she is super accepting and loves other dogs. I come when she comes, I sit when she sits, anyway, I’m sure you get where I’m going with this. I need an owner that has boxer or similar breed experience, otherwise, I will literally jump all over you! I am kennel trained, I love kids, I’m still learning how to have good manners around other dogs because I am a puppy after all, I walk well on a leash, I love baths, and I do great on car rides! I go to the dog park when the weather permits and enjoy playing with others. I have food and other allergies which is common for my breed so I take Benadryl and eat “special” food but it only costs a few dollars more than regular food. I do good with my hand signals and listen better than many hearing dogs! I will require a home with a fenced in yard, can never be off of my leash outside of a safe area and would really like a friendly sibling to follow.
