Emilia is a petite 6 pound, 5 year old white mini poodle. She is up to date on all her vetting.
Although Emilia has been living with her foster family for several months she is still skittish when people approach her and prefers to be in a dog bed or on her blanket on the couch. She would do best in a quieter home without small children. She loves to follow her two foster sisters when they all go outside. Sometimes it is difficult to catch her to go back inside, because of this she will require a fenced yard.
As with most small dogs, especially poodles, she came into rescue with severely dirty ears. Her adopter will need to make sure to check her ears every couple days to keep them clean.
Emilia loves to cuddle and have her belly rubbed. She will place her paws over your hands to keep you from stopping her belly rubs.
She is a sweet little girl but will need a very patient adopter who will reassure her that her past is behind her and only good days are ahead.
