Hi, I’m Scotch! I’m a Mini Australian Shepherd and about 7 months old. Scotch is a breeder release that has been in rescue a few months. He is still pretty shut down from a rough start in life but it starting to warm up slowly!  He is going to need someone that’s very patient and loving to adopt him. Scotch has really warmed up to dogs in his foster home, so it is recommended that his forever home has a dog or two to show him the ropes and help him trust his humans.  A fenced in yard is also needed since he is considered a flight risk, and needs more progress on his leash skills outside.  Scotch is working really hard on his potty training, he is 100% pad trained but still working on going outside.

He is very silly, playful, and cuddly when I feel comfortable. His foster mom gives me rounds for applause for no reason and I get excited so I wiggle my butt. I’m just a happy little guy that’s still learning to trust humans.. If you think that we would be a good fit, you can apply on our website!
