Ruthie is your typical boston terrier. She is playful, very loving and full of energy! She came to us from a breeding situation but was somewhat socialized so she is not your typical mill dog - she loves everyone. She is very happy sitting on your lap and giving you many kisses, but also likes a good squeak toy and will play fetch all day long. She is crate trained, although she's not a fan going in it. But once in it with a kong, she eventually falls asleep. She loves her humans and just wants to be with them at all times. Ruthie is a very fast eater, which results in an upset tummy after eating, but she is doing very well with her slow feeder and when there's a few left at the end she's smart enough to flip the bowl and finish them up. We are working on her housebreaking, but will need reinforcement with this. She's obsessed with the leaves so when she's outside she likes to catch them rather than do her business, so we are working with her on that. Ruthie will do well in a house with or without another dog, she just wants her human all day long!
