Meet Delight! This sweet lady is a 1.5 year old Australian Shepherd. Delight was released to us from a breeder after she did not take to breeding. She is slightly overweight and loves being a couch potato. She is currently fostered with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. She has shown nothing more than slight interest in the cats being around and is comfortable with other medium-large dogs. For the most part, Delight enjoys having her own space to relax but enjoys other dogs being around. Delight does prefer to have a woman in the household and will need a very patient and caring family. While she will be shy when first meeting you, if you give her time to warm up, she will be your biggest shadow and goofiest partner! She will need a quiet, adult only, home with another medium-large confident dog. She is not the type of dog to bond within a day of meeting you but is a very strong, slow burn. Once she's figured out she's safe with you, she'll be the best friend you could ever ask for!

Dogs: Needs another medium-large confident dog in the home.

Cats: Curious but does not chase.

Children: Older children who can understand she likes her space would be best.

Fence Requirements: Physical fence required.
