Meet Helena! This little firecracker is a 4 month old double merle mini aussie poodle mix. It is important to know that Helena is DEAF! Her deafness does not stop her though, she is incredibly smart, playful, and friendly. Helena has the brightest blue eyes and has never shown any issues with sight. She loves other dogs and loves to run around the backyard. We are actively working on her crate training, leash training, and potty training. She does very well on a schedule. Helena will not be ready for adoption until after her spay appointment in early September but she is currently accepting applications from those interested in adopting her. 

Known Medical Issues: Deaf

Dogs: Loves them! We feel she needs a home with another playful dog.

Cats: Curious and will play but does not chase.

Children: Older children who can understand she is deaf are best.

Fence Requirements: Helena will need a physical fence (not invincible or electric) while working with her new owners on recall.

Currently fostered in Buffalo NY - All adopters must be within 100 miles.
