Sylvan is a very sweet boy. he loves his dog beds to lay in and does'nt play with toy very much. He can be shy at first with strangers but does warm up when he see they are ok. He does bark when someone comes to the door. He gets along with other dogs but doesn't play with the others. He was said to be fine with cats at his previous home. He does great with older respectful kids not sure about younger ones. He walks well on a leash. He a very affectionate little boy who will make a wonderful companion.
