Hi everyone, my name is Chiara and I am a purebred Cairn Terrier. They say we are pretty rare in rescue. I had loving parents that surrendered me so I would be safe. You see we terriers can be adventurous.....some call it mischevious....but I like adventurous much better. I kept running out the door and got hit twice by cars. Never seriously injured....phew. But my foster mommy says I would do best in a home with a fully fenced in yard so I can get my energy out safely. I do good with kids but kids over 8 would be best. I am a one year old pure terrier with all the wonderful traits..... stubborn, Independent, loving, and did I mention stubborn. So, it may be best for me to go to a loving family experienced with terriers.I am (for the most part) potty trained but accidents are to be expected at first.
