A bouncy, flouncy, trouncy, pouncy Male Poodle mix, (mixed with what? Guess or do the DNA test). He should be 2 yrs. old in September and weighs 13.5 pounds. Tan color, super friendly, energetic. Oscar wants an active family preferably with a fenced yard. He likes most other dogs, sometimes a little too much especially particular girls. He's now been neutered and he was groomed on April 16th. He's 95% housebroken, occasionally there's an excitement pee.
He is such a Happy, Happy (and not too yappy) dog. Oscar is being fostered in Rochester.
