Sadly, Filbert (nka Roscoe) has had to be returned to rescue, through no fault of his own. His adopter is over the local limit on allowable dogs and has to reduce her pack size by one. Darn those town restrictions!! So Roscoe is now looking for his forever home, again.

This handsome, long-haired doxie mix boy is Filbert! He is about a year and a half old and was a stray who found himself in a Kentucky shelter.
