Caspian is a rare guy here at BP&SBR! As everyone knows it, we are a small breed rescue, but once in a while a larger guy or gal comes along and steals our hearts!! Such is the case with our young Caspian. This guy has had a very hard life and is only 11 months old! Pervious owners neglected him and kept him in a chicken coop. As he and his siblings grew older, they began to put them to sleep one by one as they outgrew this coop. Caspian was the remaining soul from this heartbreaking situation and we just could not see this happen to him as well... we rescued him and now hope we can find him a true home with a great family. Caspian has a lab personality: high spirited, friendly and intelligent. He learned to sit in one evening. He loves human interaction and we are told that labs are excellent with children. Caspian will softly put his head on your lap to be petted. He loves to play and over the course of a weekend, he learned to fetch (He is really fond of that game!). He would need a fenced yard because he likes to stretch his legs.
