Jessy is another of our famous cases whereby the owner surrenders the dog because she is pregnant. Unfortunately, this is a common problem that occurs because the owner can not afford to spay the dog, now can they afford to handle the pups when they are born. This is why low cost spay neuter programs are so important! Anyhow, Miss Jessy did give birth at the shelter she was turned in to, however, without the proper care they needed, they did not live for more than a week. Now, Jessy has been turned over to us and is looking for her forever home. This girl has had alot of curve balls thrown her way in a short amount of time, but she has survived them all, with spirit and loyalty to humans still in tact. The pictures we have of her do not do her as much justice as seeing her in person does. She is about 11 inches tall and weighs in at 18 lbs. She is a cute little think and is sure to be adopted in no time!
