Hello, my name is Leela. I'm a 10 lb Shih Tzu who celebrated my 4th birthday in February. I'm a loving and affectionate little girl. Due to a corneal ulcer rupture, I had to undergo my right eye being removed. My left eye was diagnosed with dry eye, necessitating twice daily eye meds. I'm seeking a dedicated adopter who can commit to this lifelong care. I am still healing and not yet ready for  adoption, I will be available by the end of April. I am a sweet and gentle girl learning household rules. My foster family affectionately calls me " the one-eyed wonder" and praises my loving personality.
