Sugarplum is a 3 year old ruby, cavalier king charles. She is very affectionate and loves people and laps. She's starting to get excited over squeaky soft toys and starting to play.  She's learning about going potty outside and needs more work in that area, but she's trying!  A foot of snow is not helping out in her foster home.
