Meet Murphy! This handsome red and white Pembroke Corgi boy is 1 1/2 years old and looking for his new forever home. Murphy is very typical to his breed characteristics and would do well with an adopter who is breed knowledgeable. You can read more about the breed by going to: www.pembrokecorgi.org

Murphy is a great little dog and just requires some training and a family that makes sure he knows that his human is the alpha of his pack. Corgi's are a herding breed, and Murphy takes that job seriously, especially when there are small people around who need to be rounded up!! He is good with other dogs and enjoys playing and running around outside. He is completely house and crate trained. We are sure that Murphy would benefit greatly from some obedience training and a handler who knows how to keep him engaged. He is extremely bright and will make a wonderful companion for the right family. Murphy is being fostered in Rochester.
