UPDATE!
Sadly, in March of 2007, Joe succumbed to cancer and went over the bridge. We offer our deepest sympathies to Shelly and Chris and thank them for all that they did to make Joe's life the wonderful time it was. They went way above and beyond to keep him happy, healthy and with them for as long as he was. Joe was one of the first dogs to come through our rescue and he was very special to us all. We know that he will be deeply missed by Shelly and Chris. Rest in peace Sweet Joe!

Joe is believed to be about 3 to 4 yrs old. The only trouble that Joe has is that he drools and slobbers a bit and makes for a pet you really have to work to keep your house clean with! Other than that, Joe looooves to eat and sleep and he looks forward to his baths. Joe is very mellow and would prefer to lounge than to jump around and play too much. He gets along very well with children and loves to get his big ole belly rubbed by anyone willing to do it. He gets along with other dogs as well, but always asserts his position beforehand. If you don't mind cleaning up after a slobbering dog and you are looking for a loyal, friendly and sweet natured dog, then Joe is just the guy for you!

Today Joe has departed for his brand new life!! We at Buffalo Pugs are so happy with his placement and we know that he has found a great home with two wonderful people. He has been a sweet and loving "guest" with us and we wish him and his new parents a long and happy life together. Congratulations Joe, Shelly and Chris!
