WAIVER: In consideration of my participation in the taking Steps to Rescue event on Sept. 16, 2018. I hereby waive all claims against Buffalo Pug and Small Breed Rescue, Inc., Delaware Park, the City of Buffalo, its affiliates, sponsors, cooperating organizations, or any personnel for any injury that I may suffer while participating at this event. I grant permission to Buffalo Pug and Small Breed Rescue to correspond with me via e-mail about the Taking Steps to Rescue walk and other agency initiatives. I also grant permission to Buffalo Pug and Small Breed Rescue and its authorized agents to use my name or any photographs, videotapes or recordings that are obtained during the course of this event for future Buffalo Pug and Small Breed Rescue advertising and promotion initiatives.
