Shiloh the Shih Tzu

Shiloh is a 3 year old breeder release who at first was so afraid of humans would not come out of her crate. Now she wants nothing to do with her crate. Shiloh knows what a soft warm bed (and sofa and lap) feel like now.
The best environment for Shiloh would be a quiet adult home (she is still afraid of some humans and even though she'll take a treat from almost anyone, she would be best in a home without children.)
Shiloh loves her toys, especially her mouse and pilgrim man. She'll run to grab one to greet you with them as soon as you come through the door. She wants to take them outside with her and sometimes uses them for a pillow. Shiloh is good with most other friendly dogs but she's only 10 pounds (trying to get her to 12 pounds) so some big barking dogs scare her. She lives with 2 pugs now and sits right in. Don't know what she would do with a cat but she has been known to chase a bunny in the back yard, not aggressively, more like chase & play. And she loves to do zoomies around the back yard. She's fun to watch zig- zagging around the yard.

Shiloh is a laid back dog, once she's bonded with you she doesn't want to let you out of her sight. She is only now taking short walks on the leash which she enjoys. She's still in the learning process with the potty training but doing pretty well, and with the help of a strict feeding schedule and the guidance of her 2 pug foster sisters seem to be getting it.

She loves treats knows sit and we're working on other commands. She rides wellin the car. She was very, very scared when she came to rescue, now she's starting to trust humans. She will need patience and kindness from her adopter. She may be timid at first but once bonded, she'll be a constant loving companion.
No health concerns, she's only 3 years old, just needs a kind person who wants to give a little girl some lovin' and get a whole lot of lovin' in return.
