This sweet as pie 5yr old Shihtzu has one eye, but that doesn't stop her from frolicking around! She is doing great on a leash, and we are in the process of potty training.  She does not require a fenced-in yard. She gets along just fine with her foster brothers, both dogs and cats! Emmie would like a nice quiet home and could be the only dog or would enjoy a nice quiet older sibling.  If you are interested in meeting her, please fill out an application!
