Louie was the only boy of 7 pugs that came to us from a horrible puppymill rescue. You can see from his pictures that he is a very handsome boy and we are thrilled that we could get him out of that horrible situation.
Louie was adopted, but sadly had to be returned to rescue. He's had a tough time with his family, who lost a family member, and Louie now needs to be rehomed. He is still shy of people until he has a little time to warm up and relax, but he is doing better with that and now loves to give and receive love and affection. Louie would do best in a home with at least one other canine companion. As is typical with puppymill dogs, he bonds very quickly with other dogs and relies on them for companionship. Louie knew nothing about life in a house and every day is a new experience for him. He's learning and adjusting a little more each day.
